Princess Party Productions is eager to be part of child's special day! With a wave of a magic wand, plus a few tricks of the trade, each cast member is ready to bring a world of excitement and magic to your next event.
All of our parties can be held at our studio or at a location of your choosing.

We can bring the magic to you! We offer 4 different packages to choose from, we guarantee to keep the kids entertained from the second your character steps through the door to the second they leave. All packages include up to 10 kids inclusive of the guest of honor, with an additional $10 charge per kid thereafter if vanity supplies are being used.

Bookings are done Monday-Friday between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm or by appointment!

We ask that you please allow a 15 minute grace period for character arrival time during the summer months due to increased traffic volume, but rest assured our character will provide service for the amount of time booked.
Please note that all Out of Studio Parties require full payment at time of booking.
Characters cannot collect money. Payments must be made directly to the business.

*Additional pricing for custom themes begins at $200 not inclusive of additional labor and staffing fees. Please note that elevating one of our current themes with special requests may also require additional charges. Examples include having more than the standard party decor package of 3 colors and combining two themes such as Unicorn Mermaid Fantasy.

2 hour Party Package INCLUDES:

Add a character of your choice for $299
*Boys will engage in a craft and activities while the girls are receiving their beauty treatments OR in place of the beauty treatments at an all boys party!
Bring only the cake/cupcakes!
All packages include up to 10 kids inclusive of the guest of honor, with an additional $15 charge per kid thereafter. ($20 for paint, slime, and spa parties). Maximum child headcount not to exceed 40.

- Adult Bring Your Own Food Package $50 includes stand-up cooler, bottled water and ice, paper products, and utensils.
- Extend your party $199 per hour (character not included)
- Extend party character $99 per hour

- Additional requests for tailored decor including balloon options (anything extra added not included with our base party package) pricing to be determined during the planning process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BOOK:
$499 nonrefundable deposit $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT ON A CREDIT CARD MUST BE HELD FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE PREMISE/PROPERTIES DURING THE PARTY. *VENMO, PAYPAL, ZELLE or *CREDIT CARD FOR DEPOSIT ACCEPTED.
Payment plan options are available please inquire upon booking.
Balance due 24 hours prior to your party date in the form of *Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or *Credit card.
Final headcount of party guests is due 4 days prior to your party date with a maximum child headcount of 40.

Note when paying venmo there is a 1.9% service charge and if using a credit card there is a 3.5% service charge.
Cancellation / Postponement Policy
If event is canceled 30 days prior to event date and we are unable to move the event to a new date (within a 1 year time-frame), client will forfeit their deposit and only additional payments made after the deposit will be returned. Any cancellation of an event within the remainder 30 days prior will result in the balance due of our base party package pricing.
** ALL PARTIES WILL HAVE A 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THEIR PARTY TO VACATE THE PARTY ROOMS.
ANYONE EXCEEDING THIS TIME PERIOD, WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL HOUR FEE ($199)
