Note: Additional custom décor requests, including balloon enhancements and other upgrades beyond those included in the base party package, are available for an additional fee. Pricing will be determined during the event planning process based on your selections.

Add-On Booking Information
Before booking your celebration, please review the information below regarding deposits, payment schedules, guest counts, and venue policies. These guidelines help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
Reservation Deposit
- $499 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your event date.
- Accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or credit card.
Security Deposit
- $250 security deposit required via credit card hold.
- Applied only in the event of damage to the facility or party property.
Payment Schedule
- Payment plans are available upon request.
- Remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
Guest Count
- Final guest count is due the Monday of the week of the party.
- Maximum capacity: 40 children.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Events canceled more than 30 days in advance may be rescheduled within one year.
- Events canceled within 30 days are subject to the base package balance.
Venue Policies
- Parties include a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled end time.
- Additional time will be billed at $199 per hour.
- Venmo payments incur a 1.9% fee; credit card payments incur a 3.5% fee.
